Thiago Vivacqua
Thiago started in motorsport when He was 8 years-old and in three seasons he conquered no less than five Brazilian Kart Championships. It was the right time to try and fly higher and in 2008 Thiago moved to Italy to compete in the European and World Cup Karting, acquiring both international racing experience and technical evolution that brought along good results. Still on European soil, the Brazilian/Portuguese youngster had the privilege of winning the all important event ''Ciao Thomas Knopper” on the very same Kerpen circuit where a young Michael Schumacher developed his driving skills. In 2014/2015 Thiago crossed the border to single-seater cars. His maiden season was in Formula Renault 2.0, achieving victories in Formula 1 circuits and finishing his first car racing season in an honourable third place in the overall standings. In 2016, Thiago felt by the first time a drama common to every racing driver: after intense but still unsuccessful struggle, he run out of funds and returned to Brazil. There, he joined Raizen Shell Racing Brazil projectand took part in the Brazilian Formula 3 championship. The good results in the National series took him back to Europe in 2017 as a member of the traditional Spanish Campos Racing Team in the Euro Formula Championship, aka Open F3. He got one victory and stepped up to the podium in some other rounds. Now in 2019 I was at GT4 with team Teo Martin on the way to cars. 🏁 Now for 2021 available to evaluate new opportunities in GTS cars.
