Grady Kukovich is a resident of Fredonia, Kansas and was a protégé of the late great Tommy Morrison. The neighborhood he grew up in was known as the “Shark Tank” because only the strong survived. One fateful day, he was defending his young cousin from an attack when a car pulled up and out jumped Morrison. He said “I have a gym down the street. Get in.” Morrison was by his side as he amassed an amateur record of 66-21 winning many tournaments and accolades along the way. His style is similar to that of his idol, Arturo Gatti. He can fight you, and he can box you. He is versatile, his shots are calculated, and his calling card is his thunderous left hook. He is now training under the watchful eye of legendary trainer and International Boxing Hall of Fame Inductee, James “Buddy” McGirt.
